We currently have a Branch Manager position open.

HCCU Branch Manager (Reference #'s: 7932) - The duties include, providing excellent member experiences by relating well to the member, proactively selling products and services that benefit while retaining membership and adding new members who actively use the credit union; assisting members with opening new accounts; performing monthly security and teller audits; demonstrating service standards while monitoring branch service quality; ability to coach and mentor staff in achieving personal branch service and sales goals; resolving and negotiating issues of controversy that involve member relationship or staff effectively; conduct performance appraisals with staff on an ongoing basis; assisting with day-to-day activities such as scheduling, ATM balancing, opening and closing checklist; demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of all loan products and services with members and provide assistance with closing, documentation required and the process; and other duties as needed.
